Online Advertising
Promotional merchandise has been a great way to elevate Seddon Homes’ brand awareness. Branded bags, pens, water bottles, balloons, and other items for trade shows and show home launches are all carefully crafted to leave a memorable and meaningful impression. I liaised with suppliers to secure the best prices and ensure items were delivered on schedule.
Print & Signage
Every new development launch requires signage leading to the site, signage for the Marketing Suite, and internal prints for customers to take away. This involves visiting the site to measure all relevant areas, designing mockups for client review, and obtaining quotes from suppliers. Once everything is confirmed, I coordinate with printers and site managers to meet deadlines and oversee installation. It's rewarding to see it all come together.
